Our Technical Department provides solutions to customer issues. Our department advises customers on which product best suites Patient Criteria, what weight limits and Functional levels to suit patients, and gives information on products taht work well together, including tooling. The Technical Department advises on repairs and processes to aide customers in the field. It also explains and assists in any way to our customer on the best methods of manufacture. The department trains customers, customer service, and the sales team to improve their knowledge and understanding of how our products work, both in assembly and manufacture as well as maintenance, repair and corrective and preventative. Additionally, the department assists in assembly of components for customer use and assembles items for both show's and sales team use, including cutaways where possible. Finally, the Technical Department offers in-house repairs and warranty advice.

In 1995 AJK moved to USA and help set up the newly formed Endolite North America Ltd. Responsibilities were to ensure that a good depth of clinical & technical service was available to customers and to help practitioners with fabrication and fitting techniques of Endolite products.
Having traveled extensively over the US, Canada and Mexico since 1995 speaking at regional and national meetings, AJK has conducted many ABC approved and accredited education seminars that include amputee demonstrations and helping practitioners become more proficient users of Endolite product. AJK worked in clinical service division in the UK for 18 years upto the USA move in 1995.
September 2001, AJK became Technical Service and Education Manager.
Since 2002, AJK has headed the microprocessor training program, educating practitioner’s to fit the highest technology prosthesis such as the Adaptive 2 & Smart IP to their amputees within their own clinical practice environment.
AJK works closely with the R & D department at the parent company Blatchford in UK.
AJK will have completed 32 years of experience within the prosthetic industry in June 2008.

Endolite North America Ltd
Malcolm has worked for over 23 years in the Prosthetic Industry, 18 years with Chas. A Blatchford & Sons Ltd, manufacturer of Endolite products in the UK who own and distribute high quality prosthetic lower limb components in America. Malcolm has been in the United States since September 1995 working with the Endolite and supplying valuable technical and training support for all customers. He previously worked at a patient care facility in Roehamptons Famous Queen Marys Hospital, and Stanmore’s Mt Vernon Hospital in London where he was a supervisor.
In addition to his Technical responsibilities at Endolite North America, which are to educate and train, new and existing customers / practitioners in fabricating and fitting techniques of Endolite products.
In recent years he has traveled extensively to many facilities within the United States and Canada completing Endolite training seminars and providing educational support for regional shows nationwide.
Continuing to try and provide a highest quality of technical, training and clinical support for all customers in North America, from Endolite’s head office in Centerville, Ohio.
