We want to make your experience with Endolite easy and free from stress. Endolite guarantees you and your amputee’s satisfaction with our products. We stand behind our products and provide each customer with the peace of mind that you can return any non microprocessor controlled product within 60 days for any reason, no questions asked and no restocking fee. Microprocessor controlled products will be provided a 30 day satisfaction guarantee period. Our policy allows an amputee to experience Endolite’s quality and performance while making the final decision for their prosthesis. We back our performance guarantee period with our industry leading warranty against manufacturer defects.
Blatchford Inc. warrants Endolite Prosthetic Products against defects in material and workmanship.
The warranty period applies from the original date of purchase of the product unless otherwise specified.
In the event that a defect is discovered during the warranty period, Blatchford will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the affected part with another part equivalent in basic function or refund the purchase price of the affected part only. The warranty of the repaired or replaced part is limited to the remaining warranty period from the original purchase date of the part.
The warranty coverage is limited to the cost of the original failed part and excludes all associated or related costs. For the sake of clarity, the phrase “all associated or related costs” includes but is not limited to associated parts, assembly and disassembly costs, transport costs, travel and handling costs and any form of compensation.
The warranty policy excludes failure resulting from misuse, accidental damage, neglect, wear and tear, unapproved component modifications, incorrect assembly and unless otherwise specified immersion in water. Specific limitation of use as detailed in the Fitting Instructions must be complied with.
Blatchford Inc. makes no other express warranty or condition, whether written or oral to the extent allowed by local law, any implied warranty or condition of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose is hereby disclaimed. Some countries/regions, states, or provinces do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above disclaimer may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from country/region to country/region, state to state, or province to province.
To the extent allowed by local law, the remedies in this warranty statement are your sole and exclusive remedies. except as indicated above, in no event will Blatchford or its suppliers be liable for direct, special, incidental, consequential, or other damage, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise. Some countries/regions, states, and provinces do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
Endolite Prosthetic products are designed for use with an external prosthesis only and therefore are not warranted for use in a prosthesis which connects to an implant.
If the product comes with a warranty registration form then this must be completed and returned to the company for the warranty to be effective.
To qualify for warranty the Warranty Claim Form must be fully completed and supplied with the affected part.
To return any product, please contact our Customer Services department to inform of the reason for return and to request an RMA number for the return.
Please be aware our warranty policy is subject to change; in all cases our current warranty policy is published on our website.
In order to help our valued customers and their amputees, we have a Hydraulic Exchange Program for our hydraulic knee controls and ankles. This means no more loaner units to order, keep track of and return, and no need to have your amputee come in to install the loaner then again to install a serviced unit. Simply call our Customer Service department to obtain a Return Material Authorization
number (RMA#) along with the Endolite serial number of unit requiring service, type of knee frame being used, your purchase order number and amputee reference. If the original unit is over six (6) months old, we will send you a rebuilt unit to install in the amputee’s prosthesis when he/she arrives at your facility.
How to order
You may place your order via phone, fax or email. Endolite part numbers or item descriptions, quantities, and desired method of delivery must be included with all orders, F.O.B. origin Centerville, OH. If you are unsure of the proper component selection and/or item numbers our Customer Service and Technical Staff are available to assist you.
Open accounts will be established upon receipt and approval of a completed credit application. U.S. orders will be shipped C.O.D. until credit has been established. We also accept major credit cards at the time of order in lieu of C.O.D.
Prices and payment terms
Prices are located in our current price list. Please contact your Endolite Territory Manager or Customer Service for a copy of our most recent price list. Our payment terms are net 30 days. We also accept major credit cards as method of payment, Customer Service or our Credit Department can assist you with credit card request.
Returns, Adjustments and Credits
Please inspect all orders immediately upon receipt. In the event item(s) were ordered or shipped in error, please notify customer service for a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#), Endolite must be contacted within 10 business days of the receipt of good’s. Prior approval and RMA must be obtained to ensure proper credit to your account. When packing the product, the RMA number must be prominently displayed on the outside and inside of the packaging along with a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. All returns are subject to inspection. Credit will be issued in accordance with the guidelines noted in our 60 day performance guarantee, warranty and/or exchange programs.
