The recent BAPO Show in Glasgow was a busy one for Blatchford. The new Endolite Range product launches; including the Navigator multiaxial foot and the Smart IP self-programming knee, brought a flurry of customers to our on-stand demonstrations. Particularly popular with conference participants was the speed and simplicity of the new Smart IP programming technology. Amputee demonstrators were there to answer questions and show the latest knee and foot designs. This was particularly busy during the open period for the public which included many amputees who attended to get the latest information on artificial limb technology. |

Blatchford staff John Ross, Andrew Reece and Ben Blease presented papers in the scientific programme: John and Andrew presented the results of trials of the LAM activity monitoring device and it's impact on prescription and rehab. planning. Ben presented her paper on Stance flexion and its role in trans-femoral prosthetic gait. |
|
Endolite demonstrator Murdo Mc Gregor gave the show a truly Scottish flavour with his wonderful bag-pipe playing, Murdo also demonstrated the excellent technical features of his new Navigator Foot and helped other amputees and clinicians to understand the benefits of this latest Endolite product. |
